What happens in a Leadership Coaching Session?
Each session is tailored to the client and will vary based on individual needs. In the beginning, we will discuss what you are committed to accomplishing through our work together and create an action plan to achieve your goals. Weekly, you will 'practice' and reflect on your progress. We will talk monthly and discuss ways to speed up your progress and remove obstacles. At the conclusion of each session, we will adjust your plan and agree on the next steps that are needed to achieve results.

How long do people generally work with a Leadership Coach?
To experience the effectiveness of a leadership coaching program, clients make an initial six-month commitment. At the end of the six months, we will evaluate progress and discuss options for continued coaching.
